Join our Transcom Family as a Senior Team Leader!
In this role, you are responsible for the daily operational business in managing Team Leaders. You will be responsible for effective performance management and effective target setting, as well as reduction of sickness and attrition matters. The Senior Team Leader is also responsible for optimizing the operational scheduling to improve productivity rates.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years or older

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent

  • Able to successfully pass a criminal background check

  • 4 - 6 years in a call center BPO environment

  • Prior experience working in a leadership role, with direct reports, in a performance driven, operational environment for at least 3 years

  • Able to work a full-time work week

  • Able to work a variety of shifts influenced by current business needs (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

  • Able to work full-time hours, with reliable attendance

  • Strong computer knowledge of Mac OS X or Windows

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Courteous and friendly with high level of professionalism

  • Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to policies

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to work in an environment where you must sit, reach, communicate (verbally and electronically), type, read, multi-task, and concentrate in a prolonged setting.

  • Previous call center experience required
