The ICCT is looking forasummerFuelsIntern based in ourSan Francisco office. This internshipprovidesan exciting opportunity to contribute your research and analytical skills to work that drives real-world impact and advances ICCT's goals. You will report to aSenior Researcheron theFuels team.

You Will:



  • Conduct scientific literature reviews.


  • Conduct quantitativeor qualitativeanalyses to support ongoing research- topicsmay includehydrogen and sustainable aviation fuel


  • Write internal memos on specific policy or technical topics.


  • Author or co-authorICCT publications, such as working papers.


  • Present your work tointernal audiences.



You Have:



  • Bachelor's degree or currentlypursuing aMaster'sor PhD degree in engineering, environmental science, environmental policy,energyand resources, orotherrelevant subject


  • Strong research, analysis, and written communication skills.


  • Proficiencywith MS Office, particularly Excel


  • Proficiencyin or R(preferred) orPythonfor data analysis


  • Demonstrated interest or experience in energy, transportation, climatechangeor related topics


  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Ability to work independently and engage effectively with team members.



Our Benefits: This is a full-time (40 hoursper week) internship opportunity that will be based inSan Francisco office for12 weeksand have an hourly rate starting at$24.00. Interns are eligible for a limited benefits package, which includespaid time off,internet subsidy, and other benefits.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
