Salary range $70,304-$72,000 per year Purpose of Position: The Procurement Analyst will play a key role in identifying cost savings, reducing waste, improving operational efficiency, and supporting technology initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of our procurement team. This role is ideal for a person with strong data analysis skills, a passion for process optimization, and an interest in procurement and supply chain operations. Essential Job Functions: Analyze supplier, spend, and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track performance metrics for designated projects. Conduct variance, trend, and root-cause analyses to highlight inefficiencies and potential risks. Identify process bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations to eliminate waste across procurement workflows. Evaluate current procurement tools and systems, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Support the rollout and adoption of new technologies (automation tools, analytics platforms, supplier portals, etc.) Assist corporate procurement team in RFP's, data requests, and projects on an as needed basis Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field. On-site work required at Livingston corporate office. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into recommendations. Excellent communication skills - able to present findings clearly and accurately. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc..).
