Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: The Administrative Assistant provides proactive, high-quality administrative and coordination support to site leadership and cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Facilities, HR/People Ops, Supply Chain). You'll manage calendars and meetings, coordinate events and visitors, processdocumentation, assist with onboarding logistics, and keep information flowing so teams can focus on execution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, manufacturing environment and enjoys being the "glue" that connects people, processes, and information.
