This individual will greet patients, manage checkin/checkout functions, handle insurance and billing processes, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy medical environment. *Key Responsibilities* *Patient Support & Front Desk* * Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive tone * Guide new patients through required paperwork * Perform patient registration * Answer phones, check voicemails, schedule and follow up on appointments * Collect copays and address chargerelated questions *Insurance & Administrative Tasks* * Verify insurance and complete authorizations * Maintain accurate patient demographics * Close out dayend tasks *Documentation & Systems* * Use EMR systems: Therapy Source and Rehab Toolkit * Document all patient interactions with accuracy and professionalism *Required Skills & Experience* * 1+ year of medical front desk, general front desk, or customer service experience * Excellent customer service (inperson and over the phone) * Strong computer skills * Ability to manage a heavy workload and multitask * Highly reliable and punctual * Healthcare background preferred but *not required* * *Call center experience with strong service skills acceptable* *Top Skills - Must Haves* * Medical * Healthcare * Front Desk *NicetoHave Skills* * EMR * Insurance * Copays * Patient demographics *Workplace Type: Onsite* *Job Type & Location* *This is a ContracttoHire* position covering 4 local offices in Westerville, Ohio and Delaware, Ohio * *Westerville, OH:* must be able to cover 2 Westerville + 2 Delaware offices * Candidates will know schedules in advance but must be flexible with limited notice. *Pay and Benefits* * The pay rate for this position is $18.00/hr. * Eligible benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), HSA, Life & AD&D, Disability, EAP, and PTO. *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position across multiple outpatient clinic locations. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
