You will act as the lead creative voice and cultural driver for some of the world's most visible social programs. This pivotal role empowers you to set the creative bar, define how beloved brands authentically show up in culture, and ensure that all social work is bold, relevant, and unmistakably built for the feed. Your impact will be central to strengthening brand relationships and pushing creative boundaries in the fast-evolving digital landscape. *This role requires you to work onsite in SoHo Mondays and Thursdays and be available to come onsite for pitch presentations. The rest of the week you can work from any coffee shop or living room that makes you feel the most creative!* Creative Director, Social Global Beverage Portfolio | NYC | Creative Studio About the Role We're looking for a social-first Creative Director who lives in the feed - not someone adapting traditional campaigns for social, but someone who instinctively understands how culture moves at internet speed. This role will define how a portfolio of globally recognized beverage brands shows up in culture through bold, absurd, conversation-driving creative that feels native to platforms - not imported from other channels. We are not looking for safe. This person understands that social is not a support channel. It's the main stage. What Success Looks Like
Responsibilities Social Creative Leadership Own the creative vision for always-on and campaign-based social programs across a portfolio of culturally iconic beverage brands. Set the bar for work that is platform-native and creatively ambitious. Absurdist & Comedy Instinct Lead work rooted in weird, contemporary internet humor. Understand irony, anti-humor, meme logic, lo-fi aesthetics, and when "bad" is actually good. Know how to push absurd ideas further without losing brand clarity. Creator & Talent Direction Partner with creators who already command culture. Build frameworks that allow them to feel raw and authentic - while steering the chaos strategically. Creative Direction at Speed Operate in high-volume, rapid-turn environments without sanding off the edge. Balance velocity, experimentation, and craft. Platform Fluency Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Twitch, and emerging spaces - not just formats, but behavioral nuance and algorithmic momentum. Performance-Driven Creativity Understand what drives watch time, completion rate, engagement loops, remixability, and cultural traction - and build ideas with that in mind from day one.
