Warehouse Manager

The Opportunity:

Develop, implement, and manage supply chain streams and solutions with a strong focus on manufacturing warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving. Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions that optimize internal supply chain and production processes. Operate with substantial autonomy, including mentoring and supervising employees in both technical and professional competencies.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience using MRP systems in warehouse operations

  • Experience with process optimization, including applying Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement

  • Experience using formal methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to solve problems

  • Knowledge of MRP or ERP implementation, planning, and execution

  • Ability to implement and monitor MRP or ERP systems to improve inventory accuracy and operational planning

  • Ability to maintain adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts to warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations

  • Ability to create and track KPIs for warehouse performance and collaborate effectively across multiple teams

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience as a supervisor of warehouse operations in a manufacturing or high-volume environment, or 7+ years of experience as a supervisor of warehouse operations in a manufacturing or high-volume environment in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
