This is a unique opportunity for a driven leader who thrives in lease-ups and is excited to relocate to a growing community where you can make a real impact-both on the property and in the local market.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full lease-up strategy and daily operations for a new 135-unit workforce housing community

• Build, coach, and motivate a team of 4-5 onsite team members

• Drive leasing momentum through local outreach, partnerships, and community events

• Execute marketing, tours, and move-ins to meet aggressive occupancy goals

• Oversee compliance, resident experience, and overall property performance

• Stay highly organized to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced lease-up environment

What You'll Bring

• Willingness and excitement to relocate to Hayden, CO and become part of a growing mountain community

• Previous property management experience with exposure to lease-ups or new developments

• Affordable or workforce housing experience preferred

• Proven ability to lead and develop onsite teams

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Outgoing, relationship-driven approach with confidence in in-person outreach and events

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for occasional events

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $80,000-$85,000 annually

• Lease-up bonus opportunities tied to occupancy milestones
