Wal-Mart is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Associate Product Services in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to dvlp'g & executing Walmart Salesfloor product strategies that align w/ Walmart's overall bus. objectives & store innovation. Master's or equiv in Bus., Mgmt, Analytics, or rel. fld + 2 yrs of exp in product mgmt or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Leading cross-functional teams, setting a clear vision, & motivating others to achieve common goals; End-to-end product dvlpmt lifecycle, from ideation & mrkt research to dsgn, dvlpmt, & launch; Data analytics to drive decision-making, incl ability to interpret analytics, KPIs, & user behavior to refine product features; Mng'g projs, incl defining proj scopes, creating timelines, & ensuring on-time delivery.
