Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to driving the execution of multiple bus. plans & projs by identifying customer & operational needs. Bachelor's or equiv in Bus. Admin., Eng'g (any), Math, or rel. fld & 3 yrs of exp in operations, proj mgmt, or rel. area; OR 5 yrs of exp in operations, proj mgmt, or rel. area. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Performing data extractions & data manipulations using SQL; bld'g linear regression models & casual inference models using R & Excel; dsgn'g visualizations for data insights using Tableau; regression analysis, clustering analysis, & segmentation analysis.
