"I can succeed as a Hybrid Regional Manager"

As a Hybrid Regional Manager, you will lead Capital Group's Client Hub-based hybrid sales roles within an assigned division, with responsibility for drivingsalesresults and developing future sales talent. This role manages Regional Wealth Management Consultants (RWMCs), Regional Relationship Managers (RRMs), and RegionalRetirementPlanCounselors (RRPCs),whooperatewithinintegratedterritoryteamsacross business segments.

You will be accountable forsales results and Plans Sold goalsacross the division, while developing associates' sales skills, business judgement, and professional confidence. Success in this role requires translating divisional and territory strategy into execution throughhands oncoaching,data informedprioritization, andstrongcross rolecollaboration, balancingshared goals andobjectiveswithindividual accountability for assigned segments and responsibilities.

  • Enable and coordinate an integrated territory team, aligning field and hub associates around shared priorities, consistent messaging, and a unified advisor experience.

  • Coach and develop regional associates through handson, inperson, group, and virtual engagement, reinforcing consultative selling, territory management, and teambased sales excellence.

  • Build, manage, and retain a strong pipeline of sales talent by setting clear performance expectations, providing actionable feedback, and supporting longterm career development.

  • Lead regional sales performance by driving Plans Sold and territory results across RWMCs, RRMs, and RRPCs through disciplined execution of hybrid sales strategies aligned to firm objectives.

  • Leverage data, analytics, and operating discipline to prioritize territories, identify risks and opportunities, monitor performance, and ensure followthrough on plans.

  • Partner closely with Client Hub leadership, Field Sales, Sales Training, and divisional leaders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and execution across the enterprise.

  • Model Capital Group's values and longterm mindset while fostering a highperformance culture that motivates early to midcareer sales professionals.

  • You must hold the following FINRA licenses: Series 7, 63/65 or 66, 24 or 26

  • Strong preference for candidates with one or more designations: AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA

Capital Group is required by state specific laws to include the salary for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary for this role is $ 167-197K + applicable sales commissions and bonuses. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
