As a Senior Program Manager supporting Brand and Corporate initiatives, you serve as a central connector across enterprise-level programs that span brand enablement, corporate events, and cross-functional initiatives. You partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum across teams. This role focuses on horizontal initiatives that cut across functions, requiring strong judgment, communication, and coordination in complex environments.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Bring a strategic lens to program planning by framing initiatives within broader brand, corporate, and organizational priorities, and identifying tradeoffs as needed.
  • Partner with senior brand, marketing, digital, and corporate stakeholders to align on objectives, scope, and success criteria for enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Lead planning and execution of brand enablement initiatives, including design systems, templates, and rebrand-related efforts, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Provide program management support for corporate events such as Global Sales Meeting and Leadership Summits, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and contributors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams (e.g., brand, digital, web, compliance), managing dependencies and handoffs.
  • Translate strategic direction into clear execution plans, milestones, and deliverables across concurrent initiatives.
  • Track progress, risks, and issues, proactively surfacing tradeoffs and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment and communication across teams with competing priorities to maintain forward progress.
  • Ensure work is delivered with consistency, quality, and alignment to brand and business expectations.


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Work Experience: 8-10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within marketing, brand, or corporate environments.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring clarity through structured planning and communication.
  • Experience supporting senior or executive stakeholders and navigating complex decision-making dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across parallel initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing and creative workflows and execution tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana).

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $107,900 to $148,400 at the time of posting.This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
