Administrative Assistant

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to New and Used Parts at the Bellefonte Parts Distribution Facility of Cleveland Brothers Equipment Company, Inc. Support includes, but is not limited to:

• Manage and process daily claims from Cat and other vendors
• Maintain the warehouse cycle counts and adjust inventory when necessary.
• Track purchase orders in the purchasing module.
• Maintain attachment inventory, identification numbers, listings, and photos.
• Maintain sales invoices for Used Parts salesmen.
• Order supplies (janitorial, office, small tools, warehouse, etc.)
• Any other duties as requested by management.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Resolve problems and make sound decisions.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes.
• Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Minimum of one year's experience in an office administrative support role or an equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable to the Company.
