Eligibility for individual benefit plans may vary based on employment status. This role is within the Chromalloy New York Engineering Organization. The position will support engineering through performing design of tooling and fixtures related to production, development and or process improvements The job will lead and support the design requirements to support Chromalloy New York's special processes as well as the repair / manufacturing of high-pressure turbine airfoils and duct segments. The design engineer will be responsible for supporting ongoing production needs, design engineering, sustain existing associated with coating technologies. He/she will report regularly on project updates, lead, or participate in customer meetings, communicate with various organizations including Quality, Operations, Customer Support, ECOE in a matrix structure. Must be willing to work onsite in Orangeburg, NY. No work from home option available.
