The Opportunity with McKinstry At McKinstry, we help organizations make smarter financial and infrastructure decisions that improve buildings, strengthen communities, and drive long-term value. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Funding and Financial Solutions team - a small, high-impact group that plays a critical role in helping clients access capital, optimize funding strategies, and make financially sound investments in their facilities. In this newly created role, you will help shape how projects come to life by analyzing client financial positions, developing cash flow and financing models, researching grants and incentives, and navigating complex state and federal policies that impact our work. You will partner closely with sales, business development, and project teams to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decisions, accelerate sales opportunities, and improve project outcomes. This is a highly consultative role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing strategy, and helping clients unlock financial solutions that enable meaningful results. The position is based in Seattle, WA and follows a hybrid schedule (minimum three days in the office each week). Key Responsibilities:

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
