Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $33.27/Hr. - USD $55.43/Hr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Designing and producing highquality visual assets (graphics, packaging, displays, logos) for DoD communications programs
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet branding standards, technical specifications, and security requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related discipline (ABET/CAE) or an associate's degree with four years of experience or six years of experience
  • Active DoD TopSecret (or higher)
  • Three or more productive years performing journeymanlevel graphic design work


Desired Skills

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Ability to produce printready PDFs, vector artwork, and motion graphics
  • Knowledge of colormanagement, prepress, and production workflows
  • Experience creating technical illustrations and info-graphics for complex systems
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and media
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to meet tight deadlines and multiple stakeholder requirements
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) is a plus


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY



Travel Requirements

  • Domestic travel up to10% of the year (2weeks)
  • International travel less than 5% of the year, only when required for overseas coordination and clearance approval
