About Tolmar Human Resources In addition to our focus on patient health and safety, Tolmar's Human Resource (HR) department is responsible for managing the employee life cycle including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, managing employee benefits and compensation, performance management and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Proposed Work Description The nature of business is that priorities can shift according to the needs of the company/department. Therefore, described below is a representation of the types of work we expect this position may entail: Purpose and Scope Under general supervision, the OTD intern will work with the Senior Director, Organization and Talent Development and other members of the Organization and Talent Development team to design solutions that support our Mission of building People and Organizational Capability. The intern's work will focus in three primary areas of support (1) Organization Development- Supporting the design and delivery of an Enterprise-Wide Change Management framework (2) Designing and building eLearning training pathways through Tolmar's Learning Management System (LMS), the Learning Hub and (3) Collaboration with the OTD Coordinator in the delivery of solutions targeted for the 2026 Intern Cohort.
