Parts Store Supervisor

Mustang Cat is actively recruiting a Parts Supervisor to oversee and perform the day-to-day operations of our Willis Parts Store. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced parts warehouse environment and is passionate about team success, operational excellence, and customer service.

What You'll Do as a Parts Supervisor:
As a Parts Supervisor, you will lead store operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. Responsibilities include:
* Supervising daily operations of the parts store and ensuring safe work practices
* Managing staff including staffing, performance, coaching, and engagement
* Overseeing inventory control and shuttle truck operations
* Monitoring and managing store profitability
* Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and expectations

Qualifications:
* Associate's degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
* 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a parts warehouse environment
* Strong computer skills
* Professional communication skills (verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face)
* Demonstrated success in a leadership role
* Strong dedication to exceptional customer service
* Outgoing, positive personality
* Self-motivated with a willingness to go above and beyond

Strongly Preferred:
* Bilingual English/Spanish
* Knowledge of Cat systems
