The Opportunity

Adobe'sEnterprise MarketingGTM Teamis at the forefront of reimaginingthe end-to-end GTM process, from strategy to execution,usinggenerative and agentic AI. We are looking for an experienced Principal Go-to-Market Innovation Manager for a high-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to shape how Adobe delivers experiences to enterprise customers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing, data analytics, decision sciences, or strategy/management consulting, and a passion for driving business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop AI-Driven Marketing Capabilities: Collaborate on initiatives to develop agentic capabilities for Adobe's GTM practitioners. Scope use cases and translate data into actionable insights and next-best-action recommendations. Support Proof-of-Concept testing to improve agentic capabilities and recommendations
  • Foster Integrated GTM Strategy & Alignment: Drive strategic alignment and cohesion between Marketing, BDR and Sales, including rigorous definition and distribution of key value props, target segments, accounts and personas, and areas of highest revenue potential
  • Data Driven Problem-Solving: Use analytics to build efficiency and effectiveness into our marketing model. Create advanced marketing measurement capabilities. Build predictive models to optimize ROI, spend, and targeting
  • Translate Account, Persona, & Content Strategy and Actionable Insights: Use data to devise metrics, solve problems and influence executive decision-making. Contribute to the creation and evolution of marketing scorecards and dashboards.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional workstreams with stakeholders across Enterprise Marketing, PMM, Sales, Content Strategy, ACS, and CXO Products to drive alignment and execution. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Vision-setting and Storytelling: Paint the future of our GTM strategy: nurture early ideas into compelling visions. Define 'what's in it for me' and why the time for change is now. Demystify incredibly complex topics at multiple altitudes

Who you are

  • 8 - 10+ years of experience including experience in B2B marketing, GTM strategy, or marketing operations, preferably in enterprise SaaS or tech
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Ability todevelop concepts,build&improveprototypes, and implement scaled solutions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign orchestration platforms
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in marketing or decision sciences
  • Management Consulting experience or structured problem-solving background preferred

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $140,100 -- $261,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
