- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the scheduling and logistics phase - providing timely updates, clear expectations, and a consistently high-quality experience.
- Conduct initial resume reviews or basic qualification checks; complete job description audits; support assessment coordination; and track all pre-employment steps such as verifications and background checks.
- Partner with Executive Recruiters to manage sensitive, high-visibility search logistics - upholding confidentiality protocols, preparing tailored briefing materials, and coordinating directly with senior-level stakeholders.
- Arrange and confirm travel itineraries, organize onsite schedules, ensure accurate documentation, and create a seamless, polished experience for candidates visiting Regal Rexnord facilities.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and interconnected TA systems, ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and fluid candidate movement across process stages.
- Assist with collecting and maintaining basic TA metrics - such as time-to-hire, stage progression, scheduling bottlenecks, and process execution patterns - that help recruiters and leaders drive efficiency.
- Prepare offer documentation, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and ensure a clear, seamless transition from hiring to onboarding for new hires.
- Assist with organizing interview days, hiring events, candidate engagement sessions, and employer-branding-aligned activities.
- Document workflows, identify inefficiencies, participate in testing or implementing new TA technologies, and recommend improvements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, TA Operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements and timelines are aligned.
