As a Dispatch Officer at a premier residential location, you will coordinate officer activity, manage access control communications, and support rapid, well-informed responses to security-related concerns. You will monitor systems, document activity, and serve as a calm, service-minded point of contact for residents, guests, and staff. This is an armed post requiring an armed guard card or license, where Allied Universal values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and dispatch officers using radio, phone, and/or computer-aided systems; track unit status and coordinate response to calls for service and alarms.
• Observe CCTV and other monitoring systems; document and communicate notable activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; support incident reporting and notifications per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the community, amenities, and perimeter; report unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ Years' 'Correcrions/Law Enforcement/Military Experience.
• Graduate of Public Safety Academy
• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice
• Have Security Experience - 2+ Years.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
