We are hiring for a full-time first-shift Warehouse Tech for Mountain Top Foam-Charlotte. We provide competitive pay, excellent benefits and a chance to be part of our growing location.

A Warehouse Tech is responsible for providing support to production, shipping and receiving, and inventory control.

What You Will Do:

• Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully empowered team member to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents.
• Maintain supply of raw materials to production assembly lines.
• Regularly operate a stand-up reach truck.
• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and stage materials for shipment, including palletizing material, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise/materials.
• Load and unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Perform assigned cycle counting and inventory.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ability to routinely lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to be cross trained to support other warehouse & material handling positions when necessary.
• Basic computer knowledge to include data entry operations, communication and ERP transactions.
• Ability to work inside trailers and outdoors in unregulated temperatures.
• Fork truck operation and material handling experience required.
• Reach truck (stand up) certification preferred.
• Shipping & Receiving experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
