Description Lead Charge Description Master Specialist - Remote. Candidates from most states are eligible. As a member of the PSJH System Revenue Integrity Chargemaster (RICDM) Dept. team, the Lead CDM Specialist coordinates the CDM maintenance workflow and/or Deployment/Growth projects. The Lead CDM Specialist designates and delegates work assignments to team members and monitors the team's processes and progress. The Lead CDM Specialist, is the RICDM subject matter expert and the first point of escalation for team members. The Lead CDM Specialist responds to internal and external inquiries regarding Chargemaster issues, and identifies, analyzes, and implements improvements and solutions. The Lead CDM Specialist is responsible for large, complex and lengthy projects impacting chargemaster, charge capture, Epic dictionaries, and the fulfillment of deadlines and objectives. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
