Join a FastGrowing Mortgage Operations Team! We're looking for an experienced Senior* Mortgage Closer* to support multiple lending channels and help drive smooth, accurate, and timely loan closings. In this role, you'll be a key player ensuring our customers' loans are processed with precision while supporting our highvolume, fastpaced operations. If you're detailobsessed, thrive under pressure, and love keeping files clean and compliant-you'll fit right in. What You'll Do * Execute routine data entry and validation to maintain file accuracy * Initiate thirdparty orders (title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certs, credit, etc.) * Review, validate, and scrub loan files-ensure taxes, insurance, and documents are correct * Manage and respond to routine calls, emails, and chat inquiries * Monitor multiple work queues and proactively jump in as needed * Work across Refinance and Purchase loan pipelines * Help achieve the team goal of closing 8-10 loans per day * Operate with urgency in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment No direct borrower communication is required in this role. Schedule Monday-Friday \| 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM What You Bring * Experienced level Mortgage Closing experience (required) * Strong understanding of mortgage closing processes * Experience with Encompass * Familiarity with FHA/VA loans and loan servicing * Strong critical thinking, problemsolving, and math skills * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Strong timemanagement and the ability to deliver on tight deadlines * Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) * Knowledge of federal, state, and local mortgage regulations (a plus) * Ability to resolve issues efficiently with strong negotiation skills Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
