What You'll Do:

The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the Marketing team across a range of operational and programmatic activities, including email marketing, operational email distribution, lead generation, webinar management, landing page and form development, reporting, and event support. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes to the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives. Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation, event management, and CRM/database tools (Salesforce/Pardot (Account Engagement) preferred), as well as familiarity with HTML, is beneficial for success in this role.


Salary range is $70,000 - $75,000 plus 9.6% annual discretionary bonus.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Support project management and execution for digital and traditional marketing campaigns and initiatives.

* Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.

* Develop and maintain email templates.

* Generate and review email distribution lists from the client database using PowerBI, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.

* Assist with quality control activities, particularly related to email marketing initiatives.

* Collaborate cross-functionally on lead generation, qualification, flow, and management processes.

* Partner with the Salesforce team to support lead flow optimization, reporting, and data maintenance.

* Manage webinar email promotion, registration, and delivery processes.

* Develop and maintain Pardot landing pages and forms, including basic HTML updates.

* Generate engagement metrics and contribute to quarterly insight and performance reporting.

* Routinely use business systems and tools to support project management and team collaboration.

* Maintain and execute project plans using tools such as Excel, Quip, PowerPoint, and SmartSheet.

* Collaborate across departments to plan and execute operational communications to financial services partners.

* Assist with the coordination of events, conferences, and meetings.


What You Bring:

* Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM/database systems (Salesforce Pardot/Account Engagement preferred).

* Familiarity with HTML.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* At least two years of relevant experience in a technology-enabled or marketing operations role, or comparable experience.


Physical Requirements:

* Ability to perform job duties that may involve extended periods of working at a computer, with or without reasonable accommodation.

* Ability to move up to 15 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
