Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania Employment Type: Direct Placement - Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, Core Hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a driven Sales Executive specializing in Warehouse & Logistics Solutions to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This role is responsible for generating revenue through selling warehouse storage space, logistics containers, and international logistics services to B2B clients. The ideal candidate is skilled in building strong customer relationships, understanding supply chain needs, and providing tailored logistics solutions across both domestic and global markets Key Responsibilities * Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B clients in need of warehouse storage, containerized logistics, and international freight services * Sell warehouse space, storage solutions, logistics containers, and international logistics offerings * Conduct inperson and virtual client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess operational needs * Create and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements * Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service scope to drive profitable sales * Collaborate with internal teams-including operations, warehouse, and logistics-to ensure seamless service delivery * Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities * Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand patterns * Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer records using CRM software * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional meetings Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with international logistics, freight, or containerized shipping Knowledge of supply chain optimization and logistics cost structures Would prefer someone with an existing network within logistics, manufacturing, retail, or import/export industries Experience Level* Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.
