KPMG is currently seeking a Program Senior Manager - KPMG Law US Technology to join our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness of existing and upcoming technology solutions across the serviceline, ensuring teams understand capabilities, use cases, and benefits; support engagement teams in go to market initiatives that involve data and technology solutions, helping communicate value to clients and prospects; assist engagement teams with technology implementation questions, issue resolution,and the escalation of client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Sponsor, gather and synthesize feedback from engagement teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders to define a coordinated technology roadmap for KPMG Law US; secure service line leadership approval of the roadmap and provide regular progress updates; translate the approved roadmap into clear, actionable technology requirements and formally submit them to Ignition for evaluation and development
  • Partner with Business Technology Leaders (BTLs) across other service lines to review, prioritize, and harmonize requirements within KPMG's Digital Gateway platform, removing duplicative requests and promoting transparency and alignment; ensure cross-service line awareness of technology initiatives, dependencies, and opportunities for shared solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Ignition to advance the development of roadmap-approved requirements, including drafting detailed specifications, gathering use cases, and coordinating subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide diverse, representative feedback
  • Define and oversee business-led technology testing (UAT), develop and/or review training materials tailored to the service line; build and oversee the implementation and rolloutstrategy, establish service line SOPs (standard operating procedures) for consistent usage, support Risk Management approval processes as needed, prepare marketing materials and develop and validate pricing strategies
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with program objectives and projections; review budget details and provide variance analysis against projections
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in business, finance, marketing or related field; minimum years of recent experience in program or project management, in a law and/or technology environment is preferred
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field is required.
  • PMP, Agile,or other relevant certifications are preferred
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (such as, Azure DevOps, MS Teams,SharePoint); familiarity with agile methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Azure DevOps)
  • Strong addition to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global, matrixed organization; Advanced knowledge of program governance, project planning, and execution; Experience creating and maintaining technology roadmaps and managing product backlogs
  • Experience supporting platform adoption and user enablement, including development of training materials and support resources
  • Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting skills; Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting tosenior leadership; Proven ability to work across business, technology, finance, marketing, and learning teams; Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
