Qualifications:

• One year of previous logistics experience
• General knowledge of the transportation industry
• Customer service or dispatcher experience in a warehouse
• Strong customer service and professional phone communication skills in a high call-volume environment
• Dependable with flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Adaptability to frequent daily changes and shifting responsibilities
• Quick learner with strong computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office operations and support account managers.
• Monitor pickups and deliveries, ensuring loads arrive on time and in good condition.
• Take driver check calls, validate load data, and update customers and receivers on load status.
• Investigate and document product overages, shortages, or damages.
• Schedule and adjust delivery appointments, providing drivers with accurate routing instructions.
