Now hiring Operator Trainer Location Russellville, AR Pay: Based on experience Hours: 6:50 pm - 7:00 am Shift: D Shift - Sun - Tuesday, every other Wednesday E Shift - Sun - Tuesday, every other Saturday F Shift - Thurs- Saturday, every other Wednesday G Shift - Wed- Friday, every other Saturday Turn knowledge into confidence on the production floor. Lead the line by developing the people behind it. You'll be the goto expert responsible for shaping the next generation of operators. Shift Starts. You Take Over. This is what it takes to work for us. 3+ years of operator experience; at least 1-2 years at Operator II or higher Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you know how to coach, not just instruct Advanced mechanical and operational knowledge Ability to assess skills and give clear, actionable feedback Skill in creating/using SOPs, visual aids, checklists, and other training tools Highly organized, proactive, and selfdirected Willingness to work a flexible schedule to support the business Ability to remain active and frequently lift 35 pounds. What You'll Do Lead onthejob training for new and experienced operators Teach equipment operation, safety practices, SOPs, and quality standards Mentor operators and share troubleshooting best practices Evaluate performance and certify when trainees are ready Help develop and refine training plans, materials, and documentation Model Operator IIIlevel excellence and current operational standards Maintain accurate training records and support continuous improvement initiatives Real People.
