Description

An award-winning technology company is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive customer growth. You will work closely with leadership to support sales efforts through client outreach, research, and market analysis. The role focuses on building and improving the sales pipeline, strengthening processes, and identifying and engaging new qualified prospects.

Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM with hybrid flexibility and comfortable going to client sites
Salary: Base 45,000 to 60,000K with OTE between 60-95,000.

SDR Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities through targeted research.
  • Prospect for new clients using outreach strategies such as phone calls, email campaigns, and social engagement.
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate next steps with sales managers.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and activity to executive leadership.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's value proposition and communicate it effectively to prospects.
  • Identify best practices and continuously refine lead-generation strategies and processes.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • At least 1-year of sales experience.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
