As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and deliver standout customer service to tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or property damage.
• Respond to alarms, calls for service, disturbances, and/or other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and coordinate with property management and/or public responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and general activity, verify credentials when required by site policy, and help to maintain orderly movement of people and vehicles throughout the property.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate key observations and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
