As a Product Marketing Intern, you will act as an execution partner to the global Distribution & Building Supply Product Marketing teams. You'll contribute first-pass research, analysis, content, and operational initiatives that support go-to-market effectiveness, while receiving close mentorship, structured feedback, and professional development. What You'll be doing Interns will be assigned a focused subset of projects based on skills, interests, and business priorities. Responsibilities may include: Market & ICP Analysis * Analyze sales, win/loss, and engagement data to help validate ideal customer profiles and buyer personas * Identify patterns by industry segment, buyer role, and company size to inform GTM targeting. * Interview internal subject-matter experts (Sales, SEs, Consultants) * Document anonymized customer use cases and organize them into a reusable repository * Draft first-pass blogs, solution briefs, FAQs, and social copy * Repurpose webinar and presentation content into scalable marketing assets * Create plain-language AI explainers, glossaries, and persona-based use-case summaries * Help build internal libraries that improve AI fluency across teams * Support battle cards, cheat sheets, talk tracks, and messaging consistency audits * Contribute to prompt libraries, AI-enabled workflows, and pilot content initiatives * Document learnings and best practices for responsible AI adoption What you'll likely bring * Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field * Interested in B2B technology, AI, SaaS, supply chain, or distribution industries * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working with data, research, and structured analysis * Basic hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for research, writing, analysis, or productivity is a plus. #LI-CM1 #HYBRID About Epicor At Epicor, we're truly a team.
