As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and concerns with calm professionalism, provide clear customer service and communication, and document activity while partnering with onsite teams. This post requires an Armed Guard Card and/or License in a people-first, agile, reliable, innovative culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the financial services location, including lobbies, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access control points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or credentials where required, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site management and/or local emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete detailed reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation; communicate observations and/or concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
