Security Officer - Museum Patrol

As a Security Officer - Museum Patrol in Bedminster, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and site teams while delivering a welcoming customer experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and property activity, verifying identification and/or authorization when required and directing visitors to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls in a calm, problem-solving manner; document actions taken and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear written reports and maintain daily activity logs, noting hazards, maintenance issues, and security-related incidents for follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
