About the Role: As a per diem consultant in the Change Management and Learning and Development practice, you will collaborate with team members to support our client. Serving as an executive information technology (IT) and project strategy advisor, your day to day role as a NYSTEC consultant will be to provide ongoing strategic guidance to the project director and division directors on IT, organizational, and policy matters to ensure alignment with the goals of the SUNY Digital Transformation Project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with division leaders to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve project risks while keeping initiatives within scope, budget, and schedule. This role serves as the primary liaison to the SUNY DTP leader, ensuring coordination and alignment across stakeholders. Additionally, this role advises on forward-looking, innovative technology designs that support transformation and long-term success. Key Responsibilities:

The target pay range for this position is $80.00 to $120.00 per hour.
