Be the Best Lead On Call Staff Coordinator You Can Be

Responsibilities

  • Provide staffing for our care partners
  • Demonstrate computer efficiency.
  • Demonstrate necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate work flow.
  • Assist with the organization and preparation of office projects.
  • Prepare reports accurately and timely.

Lead On Call Staffing Coordinator Job Qualifications

  • 2 years college education - 60 college credits or above
  • 2 years experience in Home Health as a Supervisor
  • Be able to work 40 hours a week during after hours and weekends (Monday through Friday - 3 am to 8 am, 2pm to 12:30 am, Weekends 3 am to 12:30 am (All in 8 hour increments)
  • MUST be available to work holidays and weekends
  • Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment generally required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
