SUMMARY: Inspects, repairs, troubleshoots, installs and maintains the facility electrical systems, motors, lighting systems, process alarms and interlock systems PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Inspects, repairs, troubleshoots, installs and maintains plant electrical systems, motors, lighting systems, process alarms and interlock systems in accordance with accepted procedures and specifications. Utilizes detail electrical drawings and electrical test equipment. Operates lifting equipment. Attends annual training such as RCRA, hearing conservation, respiratory protection, fire extinguishers, use of SCBA's and other as required from time to time. Attends periodically scheduled safety meetings. Cleans up work area following completion of assigned task and properly disposes waste materials. Returns tools and equipment to normal storage areas. Completes other routine or assigned duties as necessary to meet the maintenance department work schedule to minimize equipment downtime. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum four years industrial electrical experience. Westlake is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
