This role focuses primarily onArcGIS Hub's site builder capabilitiesandsharing capabilitiesthat allow organizations to curate and publish authoritative content.

Responsibilities



  • Influence and help shape the product roadmap,particularlyArcGIS Hub's site builder andopen datasharingcapabilities, providing clear input that reflects customer needs and market opportunities
  • Translate product vision into clear specifications, including writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)thatoutline the problems, desired outcomes, user stories, andrequiredfunctionality for a feature so engineering teams can build the right solution
  • Partner closely with engineering and UX to refine user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure highquality, iterative delivery
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand workflows around site creation, open and secure sharing, metadata, and governance-and bring those insights back into the product development process
  • Collaborate across ArcGIS teams to ensure cohesive publishing and discovery workflows between ArcGIS Hub, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise
  • Support crossfunctional teams (documentation,product marketing, support) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adoption of new capabilities


Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in product management or related role building SaaS orweb-basedtools, customer education,or customer success
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and crossfunctional partners
  • Strong writtenand verbalcommunication-able to articulate requirements and rationale clearly
  • Experience with geospatial technology, civic engagement, open data, or community collaboration platforms
  • Requirement for travel 10-20% for strategic meetings, events, and/or tradeshows
  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, engineering, or other relevant field


Recommended Qualifications



  • Master's inGIS, computer science, engineering, or other relevant field
  • Familiar with ArcGIS, including how items, sharing, and metadata affect discoverability and reuse
  • Understanding ofgeospatialstandards, metadata standards, and publishing workflows
  • Comfortable reasoning about sitebuilding tools, user experience patterns, and content governance
  • Experience supporting external stakeholders through documentation, training, or enablement
  • Familiarity with agile product development processes and tools

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$91,520 $151,424 USD
