Role Overview The Marketing Business Partner Project Manager partners closely with Marketing Business Partners (MBPs) to translate business unit strategy into executable, well-governed marketing work. This role serves as the operational execution lead alongside the MBP-owning documentation, workflows, timelines, and day-to-day project coordination across assigned business units. This individual regularly interfaces with business unit leaders, in partnership with the MBP, and works cross-functionally across internal marketing teams. They are responsible for capturing discussions, documenting decisions, setting up timelines, and translating strategy-often discussed live and documented via call transcripts or strategy decks-into structured, best-practice project and campaign plans within monday.com using established templates and workflows - all of this working alongside/partnering with other cross functional project managers as part of the marketing PMO. Key Responsibilities Business Unit Partnership & Strategic Translation
- Partner with Marketing Business Partners to design repeatable frameworks to support the execution of business unit strategies, projects, and ongoing work.
- Facilitate project and campaign calls between marketing and the business to keep working moving and on track
- Capture key decisions, action items, timelines, and dependencies from live discussions and call transcripts.
- Translate strategic discussions and strategy-aligned decks into clearly defined, executable project and campaign plans.
- Conduct initial review of marketing request form submissions, including first-pass analysis and follow-up communication to stakeholders for clarification when needed.
Workflow, Timeline & Work Management
- Set up and maintain project and campaign timelines within monday.com, following established templates and best practices.
- Own the creation, organization, and ongoing management of work within defined marketing workflows.
- Ensure all MBP-assigned work is properly scoped, documented, prioritized, and tracked in the system of record.
- Maintain accuracy of owners, deadlines, dependencies, and status across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Track ticket progress for awareness, including items not requiring immediate MBP action.
Campaign & Initiative Coordination
- Coordinate dedicated business unit campaigns, MBP-led initiatives, and other marketing business partner tasks from intake through completion.
- Translate high-level goals into detailed tasks, milestones, and deliverables that cross-functional teams can execute against.
- Ensure work is "ready" before execution by validating inputs, requirements, and approvals.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, or misalignment and raise them early with recommended solutions.
Cross-Functional Marketing Partnership
- Coordinate execution across Brand & Creative, Growth & Performance, Solutions Marketing, and other internal teams.
- Facilitate clear handoffs between strategy, production, execution, and launch phases.
- Ensure cross-functional teams have clarity on expectations, sequencing, and timelines.
Visibility, Reporting & Accountability
- Maintain consistent, up-to-date visibility into what work is in progress, upcoming, or at risk.
- Provide clear status updates to MBPs, marketing leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Track follow-ups, decisions, and next steps to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support reporting on progress, workload, and delivery trends as needed.
- Improve visibility and accessibility of approved assets for field teams to enable faster, more consistent use in sales enablement efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or cross-functional program management.
- Strong ability to listen, synthesize, and translate complex discussions into structured plans and timelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven experience setting up and managing projects or campaigns within monday.com or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage a high volume of initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
- Clear, concise communicator with strong documentation and note-taking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a marketing business partner or matrixed operating model.
- Familiarity with campaign strategy, go-to-market planning, and creative production workflows.
- Experience supporting B2B, professional services, or enterprise marketing teams.
- Comfort working from call transcripts, strategy decks, and leadership discussions to build execution plans.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
