PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $199,300.00-$243,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $155,200.00 - $288,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: As BECU's Director of Product Management - New Product Development, Consumer Lending, you'll drive the strategy, vision, and execution of innovative lending products that truly serve our members' evolving financial needs. You'll be at the forefront of defining the future of our lending experience-leading cross-functional teams, guiding new product development, and shaping experiences that are relevant, inclusive, and forward-thinking. Your leadership will empower product teams to move from idea to implementation, using insights, research, and strategy to turn opportunities into reality. You'll also play a key role in driving network conversion strategies-developing clear, actionable plans across impacted teams to ensure milestones are met and transitions happen seamlessly. In addition, you'll serve as the integration lead for an upcoming merger with an established credit union, coordinating crossfunctional teams to guide planning, execution, and change management efforts that maintain continuity and alignment across the organization. Whether it's enhancing existing services or introducing new, member-first solutions, you'll help position BECU as a trusted partner in every financial journey. And you won't do it alone-you'll lead a talented team and collaborate across the business to build capabilities that matter. To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, VA, NC, SC or GA. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week.For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote.
