As a Security Officer - Roving Patrol in Pine Bluff, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, support access control and incident response, and deliver strong customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Control access at entrances and vehicle gates by verifying identification, managing visitor sign-in and badge issuance, and directing deliveries and contractor check-in according to site procedures.
• Monitor alarms, CCTV, and communications systems and document observations in daily activity logs and incident reports per Allied Universal and site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
