Epicor Master Data Specialist

Salary range: $78,000.00 - $88,000.00/ yr.

Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Planning Manager, the Epicor Master Data Specialist is responsible for the integrity, governance, and lifecycle of master data in Epicor (Kinetic/E10/E9). This role ensures accurate and consistent master data to support MRP, production scheduling, costing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Create and maintain Parts, BOMs, Routings, MOMs, Revisions, Resources, Work Centers, Warehouses, and Planning Parameters in Epicor.

* Maintain planning settings including lead times, safety stock, lot sizes, reorder points, and yield factors.

* Support cost rollups, standard cost updates, and inventory valuation accuracy.

* Establish and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and approval workflows (ECO/ECN).

* Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies, and prevent duplicate or obsolete records.

* Utilize Epicor DMT, BAQs, BPMs, and Updatable BAQs for bulk updates and automation.

* Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Finance teams.

* Support MRP accuracy and reduce planning exceptions through proactive data maintenance.

* Document SOPs and train users on master data best practices.

Requirements:

* 3 plus years of Epicor ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.

* Strong knowledge of Epicor Part Maintenance, BOMs, Routings, MOMs, and MRP

* Experience with DMT, BAQs, BPMs, and data governance.

* Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred.
