Here's what you'd do: The Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, you'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production, or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies, and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses, and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Perform inspections, measurements, and testing using precision tools. Identify defects and implement corrective actions. Maintain production documentation and logs. Job Requirements Here's what you'll need: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6 years of experience in building electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Here's what sets you apart from other candidates: Associate Degree.or relevant manufacturing certifications Knowledge of one or more PCB design tools from the Mentor Graphics suite (xDM, Certification in manufacturing. Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuration of customer/standard software on the customer device. Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking. Distinct communication and computer skills. Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications. Creative thinking with the ability to multitask. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
