Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Gilbert, AZ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows for circuit card assemblies, electronics box assemblies, and ground support equipment for those assemblies.
  • Programming of SMT equipment (Screen Printers, Placement and Reflow ovens).
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Understanding Engineering Drawings and translating them into work instructions for manufacturing technicians.
  • Design manufacturing fixtures for use by production technicians (SolidWorks CAD Software).
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $43.00-$50.00/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week - 1st shift.

Length: Temp (6 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with CAD software and manufacturing tools.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process design, and quality systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
