Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Senior Strategic Planning Manager to join our ever-evolving Public Sector team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you'll own

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Public Sector accounts. You will own the overall relationship with each partner and ensure that the strategies of Worldpay and the partner are aligned to drive mutual growth. You will also be responsible for helping to identify and cultivate relationships with new partners where needed to meet business objectives.

  • Own day-to-day relationship with key digital service providers
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share Worldpay performance, product roadmap, and other relevant information/updates with each financial service provider
  • Lead negotiations on contracts when up for renewal and/or adding new products, services, geographies, etc.
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., product, risk, treasury, etc.) to respond to any RFIs received from each digital services partner
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationship with potential new digital services partners
  • Monitor volume, fees, and performance across your portfolio of financial service providers


What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience leading key partnerships strongly preferred
  • A can-do attitude and excitement for driving business within a leading payments company
  • Public Sector/Government payments and/or technology payment partners within Public Sector/Government
  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders across a variety of functions and geographies
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to seamlessly move from thinking about high-level strategy to being "in the weeds" on critical items
  • A passion and interest in financial services
  • Great organizational skills, with the ability to segment and compartmentalize information, documents, and relationships across a number of different partners

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $150,300.00-$226,950.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
