PURPOSE AND OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION As the Assistant Manager of Retail Operations - Workforce Management, you will help elevate our store teams by simplifying backoffice processes and improving visibility into the labor data that powers great retail experiences. You will enhance and maintain our time and attendance systems, strengthen scheduling tools, and support continuous improvements that make daytoday operations clearer, smarter, and more efficient. In this role, you will collaborate across the business to ensure store teams have what they need to operate smoothly and confidently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
