Job Description

• Experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst.
• Capture Business Requirements and document user stories for all development activities.
• Facilitate and manage process design sessions as it relates to the development activity under this project.
• Create user stories based on information collected through requirements gathering including documenting risks, dependencies, and impediments related to stories.
• ITSM process specialist.
• Portal and HR process knowledgeable.
