Overview:

We're building our next phase of defensive capabilities at Blue Yonder, the global leader in end-to-end supply chains software solutions, which includes growing our Cyber Defense Team. The Cyber Defense team is seeking a highjudgment Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive programs that strengthen detection, response, and overall defensive readiness. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, operational risk, and the mechanics of modern threat defense.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead crossfunctional initiatives supporting SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and detection engineering.
• Translate cyber risks, vulnerabilities, and threats into clear priorities and action plans for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Maintain program roadmaps, KPIs, and runbooks to strengthen cyber readiness and reduce operational risk.
• Partner with security engineers, analysts, IT, and cloud teams to drive alignment and remove blockers.
• Analyze data from security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners) to support reporting and program decisionmaking.
• Support incident management processes, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and followthrough on corrective actions.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical or cybersecurity program management.
• Must have experience with the Jira platform.
• Experience working directly with SOC, IR, threat intelligence, or cloud security teams.
• Proven experience coordinating across engineering, IT, and security teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or Program Management.
• Strong understanding of cyber defense fundamentals (threat intel, SOC workflows, detection logic, vulnerabilities, IR lifecycle).
• Ability to translate complex cyber issues into concise, actionable insights.
• Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and common riskrating methodologies.
• Ability to synthesize technical findings for executive audiences.
• Strong judgment during highpressure situations such as active incidents.

The base salary range for this position annually is $ 130,023.09 - $ 163,976.90.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
