GENERAL FUNCTION

The Manager of Marketing Analytics is responsible for delivering data driven insights that inform marketing strategy, optimize performance, and guide investment decisions across brands, frames, and lenses. This role partners cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure data accuracy, enable performance diagnostics, and support ROI focused planning and optimization.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Drives the business intelligence of our eyewear brands, frames and lenses, ideating and maintaining dashboards to support Marketing activities, and to conduct deep-dive diganoses providing insights behind performance
  • Acts as a strategic partner to brand managers and directors in building the monthly business reviews for executive management, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending corrective action plans.
  • Manages data analytics of the budget planning and optimization, inclusive of forecasting marketing initiatives' outcomes and ROIs.
  • Leads data harmonization processes as needed, partnering closely with Finance, Sales Operation, Business Planning, Business Analytics and IT, to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manages the optimization of marketing campaigns and product launches, co-designing customer targetting segmentations with sales and marketing managers, and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Conducts qualitative and quantiative industry analytics and competitive intelligence to understand market trends and our market position, identifying market gaps, to ensure marketing leaders have all the necessary inputs to make quick informed decisions.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Science, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytics position.
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross functional business partners
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with the ability to explore data, challenge assumptions, and translate analysis into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, Business Objects, or similar BI platforms


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience in B2B or wholesale businesses.
