The Role

The Administrator, Office of the Chief Marketing and Growth Officer, provides administrative support and contributes to division-wide operations to ensure the smooth running of a fast-paced team. In this role, you will work with the Chief of Staff, Marketing and Growth, to complete key tasks that facilitate ongoing work in the division and to improve day-to-day operations. You will work as a centralized support system for various departments across the team, acting as an agile, surge-able administrative function. Core tasks will include support towards department operations such as credit card reconciliation, subscription management, and administrative project management. As needed, you will provide surge support to the different M&G departments for information management, event support, and more. You will serve as a key coordinating role for the team and will contribute to building processes, tools and ways of working for a new division.

What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties)

Divisional-wide Administrative Support (60%)



  • Coordinate across teams for inputs to division-wide materials such as presentation decks, team communications, and reporting
  • Contribute to implementation of department-wide training strategies and initiatives, including liaising with other departments in the organization as needed
  • Serve as Contract Repository Administrator and Timesheet Coordinator for M&G
  • Process divisional recurring business credit card expense reimbursement
  • Create and manage a subscription tracker for all subscriptions owned by the division
  • Support team-wide meeting logistics including scheduling, agenda dissemination and follow-up as well as catering and room set-up as needed for senior level and strategic external meetings
  • Provide travel logistics support for M&G SLT


Project Management (20%)



  • Special projects assigned (i.e., support on creation of a new merged divisional SaveNet page, in line with BTS and agency strategy, and creation/management of an operational calendar to track senior leadership team initiatives)
  • Coordinate team's internal and external knowledge management resources, including but not limited to the M&G SaveNet page, organizational charts, and distribution lists


  • Contribute to the drafting, design, finalization and roll out of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other guidance materials for the M&G division
  • Support development and rollout of training materials, including New Employee Orientation (NEO)


Surge Support to M&G Departments (20%)



  • As needed, support departments to collect and input data and maintain dashboards and corresponding data sources to ensure regular and up to date visual production of portfolio analysis (AMS, BBEC)
  • As needed, provide stewardship-related event / field trip support Making travel arrangements and preparing trip binders


Required qualifications for the role



  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 1 year of relevant experience or education


  • Professional proficiency in/ MS Office suite


  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English


Compensation

Save the Children is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:



  • Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: Target hourly pay for this position is $24.31 - $27.18


  • Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: Target hourly pay for this position is $21.66 - $24.21
  • Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: Target hourly pay for this position is $19.41 - $21.69


The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record. Actual base salary may vary based on, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location (more information on job structure is available here)
